Erin hails from Southern Illinois and currently lives and writes in NYC. Her plays include Crude (Regina Taylor Project - Northwestern), In The Stars (Last Frontier Theatre Conference Play Lab), Fear Itself (Austin Film Festival 2nd Rounder), and Lost and Found (O'Neill National Playwrights Conference Semi-Finalist), as well as Gameplay and Dotty Campbell, Monster Hunter. Her screenplays include Dotty Campbell, Monster Hunter, Wonderland (Sprite Refreshing Films); The Family Trade (Austin Film Festival 2nd Rounder, Roadmap Writers Top Tier Contest Finalist, WeScreenplay Diverse Voices Semi-Finalist, Access Screenplay Contest Semi-Finalist, ScreenCraft Family Screenplay Contest Quarter-Finalist); and Monkey Business. Erin previously worked as a theater assistant at the Gersh Agency in New York and as a member of Second Stage Theatre's Student Leadership Forum. She is a 2017 Woodstock Byrdcliffe Guild Artist in Residence and a member of the Dramatists Guild of America. She holds a BA in theater studies and psychology from Yale and an MFA from Northwestern’s Writing for the Screen + Stage program.
