Erin hails from Southern Illinois and currently lives and writes in NYC. Her plays include In The Stars (Last Frontier Theatre Conference Play Lab), Fear Itself (Austin Film Festival 2nd Rounder, Garry Marshall Theatre New Works Festival Semi-Finalist), Lost and Found (O'Neill National Playwrights Conference Semi-Finalist), and Crude (Regina Taylor Project - Northwestern), as well as Gameplay and Dotty Campbell, Monster Hunter. Her screenplays include Dotty Campbell, Monster Hunter; The Family Trade (Austin Film Festival 2nd Rounder, Roadmap Writers Top Tier Contest Finalist, Nashville Film Festival Semi-Finalist, WeScreenplay Diverse Voices Semi-Finalist, Access Screenplay Contest Semi-Finalist, ScreenCraft Family Screenplay Contest Quarter-Finalist); Wonderland (Sprite Refreshing Films); and Monkey Business. Erin previously worked as a theater assistant at the Gersh Agency in New York and as a member of Second Stage Theatre's Student Leadership Forum. She is a 2017 Woodstock Byrdcliffe Guild Artist in Residence and a member of the Dramatists Guild of America. She holds a BA in theater studies and psychology from Yale and an MFA from Northwestern’s Writing for the Screen + Stage program.
